Liz Myslik is CEO of Fresca Brands and Executive Vice President of Fresca Foods, a company that is redefining how innovative food concepts become mass market brands. Fresca creates, manufactures, and markets natural food products for leading brands across a broad range of categories. Fresca's unique capabilities enable entrepreneurs to rapidly scale operations, finance their growth, and build sustainable businesses that bring healthier food to millions of consumers.
Liz brings 20 years of experience in marketing and brand management, over half of which has been devoted to natural and organic businesses. Prior to joining Fresca Foods, Liz founded and led The Zam Group, was CEO of Embodi Beverages, and had leadership roles at Gaiam and Sandbox Industries. Over the years, she has become a “go to” person in the natural products industry, helping numerous companies large and small to innovate and grow. Liz has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Liz lives in Denver with her husband, Jason and 2 year old son, Brady. Outside of her family and her work, her passions include yoga, running, hiking, world travel, and great food.
