Our weekly class is a 90minute combination of the two classes we used to offer - Beginners and Yogalates. We will be starting off slow - concentrating on stretches, flexibility, control and learning deep breathing - and builiding up to the YogaLates level, which is an eclectic blend of Yoga and Pilates together. If you are at the beginners level, don't feel intimidated to keep up at the end during the YogaLates. You can do it at your own pace, or even just sit and watch if you need to.
These are very small class sizes (6 people) and our teacher (Paula) is very patient, so there are no worries if you feel you are a little slower than others. Go at your own pace. Be sure to bring a yoga mat or a towel with you to each class, and wear clothes that are easy to stretch in. Also make sure you stay hydrated - we will provide you with a bottle of water if you don’t bring your own.
Your first class is free, and then the cost for the classes is $12 if you pay per class, or $60 for 6 classes (one free class). You can pay in person at the class. We accept cash, check and credit.
