We all know the painful experiences we go through have a profound effect on our emotions, behavior and lives. Right now I bet you could think of a really bad loss or traumatic experience and still feel a surge of pain. In the human experience we learn and grow from our difficulties, but how can you gain from experience without the life shattering pain? I have prepared a special class on how to recover from a traumatic experience.
