Why: Each 1.5 hour workout.
If you've always wanted to train like those guys on TV that you're such a big fan of, and do it in a safe, fun environment with other fans like you, then sign up, show up, and gear up to train like the real athletes in a great environment.
What you will do:
Train just like the real MMA athletes do, at your own level, and your own pace in a supervised, directed, fun and motivational environment.
Learn training, offensive and defensive techniques from several disciplines that will get you in shape, harden and strengthen your body, and give you confidence.
What you WON'T do:
You will not have to fight, roll or otherwise expose yourself to injury. Sparring is not part of this program. You will most definitely be strking, defending and learning techniques the right way. But, this is not a fight school, and is intended to be realistic in the techniques, but also safe, CLEAN and fun. There will be options for thise who want to test their skills in sparring environments.
You will not be wasting your time and money learning the same tired, boring, repetitive crap over and over for months at a time. These workouts will change week to week not only to keep your interest, but to build lasting skills that keep your body fit and injury free.
