Pop-Up Sunrise Meditation

Pop-up meditation are occasional, additional opportunities to meditate together in a small group in addition to our scheduled meditation sessions. We meet just before sunrise. A great way to start your day! These pop-up sessions will always be advertised on Meet Up so check the calendar regularly if you are interested.
