The NEW Big Hug Health & Well-being Centre in Brighton Marina offers community membership and individualised support to enable users to see “Self-Healing” as an important aspect of our lives.

The purpose of this meet up group is to create a community of like minded people who develop the ability to feel at peace, experience joy, and alleviate pain and illness.

All are welcome if you want to make a difference in health and wellness for themselves and others. We add aspects of healthy relationships, humour, abundance, and wealth building to keep it more than interesting. Our range of activities and courses is designed to help people increase their resilience and abilities to deal with life’s demands by increasing confidence, coping and a sense of control.

• Our Weight Management sessions will develop an absolute delighted feeling with yourself for achieving something you thought, unlikely or even impossible.

• Our Pain Management session offers the AVA transformation as well as providing support for people living with physical concerns along with difficult life circumstances. Lets ease it all.

• Our Stress Management is designed to help people with the stresses of everyday living. How to combat stress and anxiety, developing skills on personal wellbeing and making life truly possible.

• Our Law Of Attraction sessions offer a solution focused approach to dealing with an abundant life of love and joy, I discovered how it works!!

• Our Emotional Health is dear to my heart, you need to be emotionally healthy to stay physically healthy. How to comes with the self healing. Sue has been around doing Retreats and coaching for a decade between Devon and Brighton, loving every minute. I took the decision to start up in a new venue because too many people are hurting and the numbers and reasons are growing. Perhaps we can spread the word about self healing being so powerful.

Group meeting held in Steyning, Sussex 2009 “Sue was receptive enough to know that I didn’t need as much, whereas someone else may have still needed a lot more. She had this awareness of us and our individual needs. I found that really worked for the group” e-mail
