To Maintain Your BringIt Membership YOU MUST Participate in Person One of the Following Activities every 45 days

On November 15th I will begin removing all members who do not full fill these minimum requirements. *
This is the home of NETFit (Nutrition/Fitness Coaching & Training) by Josh Hodnett. This group is open to formal clients and those just looking for a path to fitness.
I offer free group workouts (featured here), first class fitness/nutrition training/coaching programs, YOGA and assisted stretching via the art of THAI YOGA BODY WORK My most basic coaching program starts at $25 per month. I focus on incremental success vs. ambitious failure. It is all about consistency and putting a drop in the bucket of fitness every day.
