Requirements to Participate

Be 18 years old or older. Be cleared by your medical provider to participate. Sign waiver. Be a current NETFit personal training or coaching client. NETFit Services and Rates (http://www.schedulicity.com/Scheduling/SelectService.aspx?business=NFSHNZ) Additional NETFit / Team Beachbody Programs Replace one meal per day with Shakeology (http://myshakeology.com/esuite/home/netfit) Be present for each monthly body fat testing live event.

I'll put in $20 per participant up to $120 per month.

For Example: If we have 4 entries 4 x's $20 = $80, I'll put in $80. If we have 13 entries 13 x's 20 = $260, I'll put in $120. You may also choose any of the Primer Team Beachbody Fitness Programs like P90X, INSANITY, Etc... in lieu of the $120
