This is the MOTHER of all P90X workouts. This one is gonna work you unlike anything you have done before.

Here are the moves:

  1. Jump squat, run stance squat, airborne heisman (lateral leaping), swing kick
    Repeat
  2. Squat reach jump, run stance squat with direction switch, double airborne heisman, circle run
    Repeat
  3. Jump knee tuck. jumping lunge, leapfrog squat, twist combo
    Repeat
  4. Rock star hop, gap jump, squat jack, military march
    Repeat
  5. Run squat with 180 jump, lateral leapfrog, monster truck tire, hot foot
    Repeat
  6. Bonus round: pitch & catch, jump shot, football move (60 seconds each)

This is a one hour one workout. Difficulty level 8. If this is your first time doing Plyometrics expect to be taking breaks and going at your own pace. It can be modified by bringing down the intensity and running in place when winded.

If you have knee or joint issues do not jump. Modify the moves by stepping vs jumping. I'll demonstrate.

Bring your water, towel and friend.
