A collapse and transformation in progress (Tuvalu and the 7C?s Initiative) ? Neil Davidson

Our September meeting is not to be missed. We have a double whammy session chockful of energising, provocative and engaging ideas.

Graeme Taylor has written a book with same the title of his talk and will be embarking on a speaking tour soon. He is the coordinator of BEST Futures, a project developing theories and tools that support sustainable solutions.

Neil Davidson has a background in biology and geology. He is a transformative systems-thinker, trans-disciplinary change agent, and social entrepreneur. He is interested in complex systems-based collaborative responses to the compounding global issues of climate change, carrying capacity, resource scarcity and biodiversity loss.

7.00pm - meeting concludes - enthusiastic participants are encouraged to continue discussion over dinner at another venue

Venue: Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology Boardrooms, 134 Whitmore St (Swann Rd end), Taringa. Go to reception (off upper car park) & signs will direct from there.

Parking is available on site (upper car park- anywhere there is a space or lower car parks in the non reserved spaces).There's also plenty of nearby on-street parking (with no meters/time limit) at that time of day.
