We had a good turnout last month for dinner at Nirvana Indian Cuisine, so let's do it again.

On the buffet: Soup, Salad Bar, Rice, Naan, 3 Vegetarian Entrees, 2 Chicken Entrees, Chef's Special, Dessert, Fresh Fruit, May feature dishes not on the dinner menu.

The British obsession with Indian food began in the days of the British Empire, when army personnel and civil servants posted in India developed a taste for the spicy native cuisine and soon brought the recipes back home.
