Our group is to bring British expats and their spouses together in friendly environment to embrace our heritage and culture. Members want to be able to enjoy events and friendship WITHOUT being told we have a 'great accent' or having to explain why we are celebrating certain events.
This group is for BRITISH born or for those who have lived in the UK for an extensive period of time (more than 1 year) you must also live in the greater Columbus area. Everyone British and their American partners... you won't be too young, or too old, too this or too that. Be assured that we are a wonderful, friendly and diverse group of Brits from all over the UK and you will definitely fit in. We have a lot of fun and its very casual. Definitely bring your American counterparts. Come and have a good time and make some brilliant new BRITISH friends and do some of your favorite British things!
Now for 2015...... Our schedule for the year has been posted. Don't miss out on the chance to eat yummy pancakes, attend a delicious curry night, enjoy a Guy Fawkes party and end the year with a traditional Christmas dinner, to name but a few of our events.
We do have dues --$25 per person/$40 a family. All dues are used for events pertaining to the group. Dues will cover membership from Jan 1st - December 31st of each year and are to be paid at the beginning of each year or upon joining the group, for which they will be pro rated quarterly.
Welcome, Columbus British Expats!

The year isn't complete without our Guy Fawkes get together. Bring a dish from your home region. We will, as usual, have our little bonfire, sparklers and guy.
