This is an ALL-NIGHTER event that will be nothing but pony! We’ll be watching ponies and pony-related content back-to-back in preparation for the Season 2 finale! It all begins Friday night (April 20th) at 9 PM going on until after the finale airs on Saturday morning (April 21st), which may be around 11 AM. If you cannot attend the whole event: You don’t have to! Be sure to mention that in your RSVP how long and during what times you expect to be at the Mare-A-Thon.

IMPORTANT: We only have space for about 50 in the theater, so be sure that you can make it and RSVP! And for those who RSVP’d, PLEASE contact Ohad/TGPFluttershy with your full name here https://www.meetup.com/Bronies-of-Northern-California/message/?recipientId=19382341 This is VERY important. The list of names is required to let you guys in! More on that below...

How To Get Here:
If you are taking public transit, consider trying http://511.org/ Set your final desitation to Ex’pression College in Emeryville to find ways to get here without driving.
For those who are driving, set your Google Maps to Ex’pression College and get directions! http://g.co/maps/5ct9f

Where To Park:
If you are driving, please refer to this handy-dandy parking map http://students.expression.edu/files/2012/03/parking-lot.jpg
You can park pretty much anywhere on that parking lot map, except that no-parking zone! After parking, enter through the entrance for the Main Building (shown on that map) to sign in at the front desk and sign in your car. You’ll have to write down your car’s license plate and the car’s model on the sign-in sheet. This way, security will know that you’re a guest parking here and your car won’t get towed.

Where To Go:
The first stop for everypony is the front desk at the entrance of the main building, which can be seen on the parking lot map linked above. Tell security at the front desk that you’re with Ohad for the theater and they’ll have you sign in. When you sign in, you’ll print your full name, who you’re visiting (Ohad), and if you parked your car, the license plate and your car’s model, as well as the time and date you entered. After all that is done, you’ll get a visitor name tag sticker and the security will let you into the South Wing, which is across the street and is where the theater is found. Inside, there should be signs pointing the way to ponies (and the theater).

What Now:
By the time you’re inside: We’ll be watching ponies! From episodes to fan-made stuff! We’ll also have some snacks, like chips, and will be ordering pizza. We’ll also have some beverages, like soda and, yes, cider. If that’s not what you like, the school has vending machines in the cafeteria in the Main Building that you can check! Ask the hosts to let you over to the other side of the school if you want to snack on a little more.
Also, WATCH OUT FOR YOUR FOOD: There are tables that fold out from the theater chairs, however, they are slanted, meaning food & drinks can slip from them. It can also be pretty dark in the theater, so watch your step and be careful!

When Can I Go To Sleep:
Up to you! Once again: This is an ALL-NIGHTER event, but you don’t have to attend the whole time! If you will be staying overnight with us and wish to get some sleep, the room can get pretty dark and the seats are pretty comfy, so go sneak in a nap if you wish! Just note that we maaaay be a little loud with the audio sometimes...

That should do it!
