JenkinsCI Meetup May

This meetup event is english speaking.

Jeffrey Fredrick (CITCON, TIM Group): Difference between delivering value vs delivering software

Jeffrey - better known as Jft from the CITCON events - will be talking about the difference between delivering value vs delivering software, making the case that we spend too much time on the later at the expense of the former.

CANCELLED - Ádám Pápai (Prezi.com): How to make your builds super-fast? Tips and Tricks

Do you want to run your tests run faster? Do you want to encapsulate your jobs into one or more logical groups? Do you need more slaves when your cluster is overloaded? You can do it! In this talk you'll hear a lot of tips and tricks about these. I'll talk about a special usage of matrix (multi-configuration) jobs, flow jobs and a bit about EC2 on-demand instances.

This was the first time I attended Jenkins CI meetup. Despite I expected a technical related presentation, defently worth to listen Jeffrey's speech. It was interesting to take a look on CI in a different point of view and linger over the questions what and why are we doing (delivering value and what is value).
    Thank you for the event!

I have just realized it's at the same time as the Open Academy at BME, which also seems quite interesting. Would it be possible to change the date? I am sure a lot of people would like to attend both.
