In the spirit of the Halloween season, Built In Chicago Launch is challenging you to a costume contest! We're having a Halloween themed Launch and we want you to dress up! Come as your startup PERSONIFIED. Would your startup be an app developing Van Gogh with a bionic ear? How about an e-commerce superhero? The first place winner and the runner up will each receive a Microsoft Surface tablet to enjoy. (or just wear your regular Halloween costume for fun)
