Info Session & Open House - FinTech, Data Science & Python Programs

Byte Academy (http://www.byteacademy.co), the first fulltime Python (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Python_(programming_language)) Fullstack coding bootcamp in New York City and the first ever with a FinTech (financial technology) program (http://www.byteacademy.co/index.php/our-program) will hold a networking and informational event.

During the evening we will explore the significance of FinTech and Data Science, learn why we chose to teach Python vs. Ruby; and help you understand the rampant technological "disruption" of industry. We will also discuss our curriculum (http://www.byteacademy.co/index.php/our-program), application (http://www.byteacademy.co/index.php/apply) process and other aspects of Byte's coding bootcamp (http://www.byteacademy.co), an education form generating buzz recently (http://www.nytimes.com/2015/07/29/technology/code-academy-as-career-game-changer.html?hp&action=click&pgtype=Homepage&module=first-column-region&region=top-news&WT.nav=top-news&_r=2).

There will be demos, networking with instructors, students, staff, FinTech and tech community members. There will be a presentation and refreshments will be served.
