CALO-BURN FITNESS a free charity physical fitness program came alive out of my burning desire to fight obesity, high cholesterol, low energy levels, poor endurance and secondly to give back.
As a person and growing up mum have always told me ... son ,"there is power in giving back". This was my motivating factor towards starting this free fitness action in her honor and memory after she went home to rest eternally following a heart attack that slowed her down till she passed on a few months later.
Overtime, a few years later,CALO-BURN FITNESS was born to be a positive force to fight the dangerous causes of heart attack,namely high cholesterol,obesity, sedentry lifestyle or high percentage LDL (low density lipoproteins) in the body.Recall that regular exercise,physical activity and fitness at CALO-BURN FITNESS lowers these in the body. This I do on regular basis to give back.
"Secondly,it is my own little way of giving back to the society that made me part of the system. That is my only understanding of the American Dream.
CALO-BURN FITNESS helps people lose weight, burn fat ,keep fit, build strong bones, enhance cardio-vascular fitness ,lower percentage LDL, and increase percentage HDL using fitness as a positive force. The program is free and will always be. It is my gratitude initiative, my giving back action to America.
At CALO-BURN, I improve cardiovascular endurance, maintain excellent fitness, tones muscles,boosts energy level,build confidence and enhance self esteem. We stretch body ligaments and tendons, improve flexibility and agility and above all enjoy the fantastic health benefits of working out as a powerful group. We jog, run around,we even play little soccer and dance as well.
I have a sense of gratification,helping people solidify their fitness foundation with a view to reaching their respective and target goals.
I have a classical fitness investment regimen I believe works well amongst all participants and will do same in future members.
At CALO-BURN ,I offer free fitness program to people in line with the consistency of my moral philosophy... giving back.
CALO-BURN FITNESS also offers free body fat testing, body mass index (BMI) testing and free blood pressure monitor on regular basis and proudly offers all a little taste of fitness regardless of race, origin, title,nationality, age, creed, sex,religion,status or size.
I also "catch them young" as little as at 3-years to enhance and deposit into their fitness account. I deeply appreciate their moral support and their membership.
