Whether you own 200 units or have no real estate experience, anyone who has an interest in real estate investing is invited to attend our General Meeting. Each month a different speaker will share information on topics relating to the many aspects of investing in real estate and being a landlord. Our General Meetings provide a great opportunity to network with experienced real estate investors from all over the Chicagoland area. We also have an extensive real estate library for our members to use. The General Meeting is held on the 2nd Monday of each month. Registration and Networking begin at 7:00pm and the Meeting starts at 7:30pm.

    How to do I just do it! Become a Real Estate Investor, it is easier to work for someone already in real estate investing. Just have some fears....

      Not being confidant is usually related to not having the info, or the experience. You fear the unknown. Which is totally normal! You need to be apart of a REIA like this so you can be amongst people in the trenches just like yourself. You will never have all the answers, and if you think you do your unrealistic. I would encourage you to take self-inventory of who you are, where your at, what do you want and where you want to be; then, take a leap of faith if you believe in yourself. I think we would all be surprised as to what we can accomplish when our back is against the wall. Like Mark Cuban says, you have to be an entrepreuneur, not a Wantreprenuer. I hope to see you at tonights meeting or any other for that matter. We exist for you. Use this resource to get to the next level. I'll see you at the top. ;)
