Centre for Inquiry | Nova Scotia | Halifax (CFI)

Welcome to the CFI Halifax Freethinkers Meetup group.  The Centre for Inquiry is an educational charity which advances reason, science, secularism and freedom of inquiry.

We do this through various programming such as lecture series, film screenings, book clubs, discussion groups, campus outreach, media, community and social services and many volunteer-run committees.

CFI Halifax is one of many centres across Canada, all under the umbrella of CFI Canada.

This meetup group will serve as a hub for activities in and around Halifax, for fellow freethinkers, atheists, agnostics, humanists, skeptics, heathens and infidels - and friends and family!

While social events will generally be free, CFI Members get into regularly scheduled lectures, debates, symposia and other educational events for free, and support our national efforts to provide a voice for atheists!
