Welcome, Central Florida Skaters & Cyclists!

We're now on facebook, too!

Central Florida Trail Bladers & Bikers meets most Saturdays on the West Orange Trail. We also have periodically scheduled events throughout the week and in other areas of not only Central Florida, but the whole state. See calendar for details - "upcoming list view" is very useful. We attempt to use 3-letter prefixes to indicate activity locations (ORL=Orlando; TMP=Tampa; etc.).

New to skating?  Check out our Beginning Skaters Tips and Skate Shopping links.  Also, more Info: http://www.meetup.com/CFTB-US/about/.

Training Categories:
A: 20+ mph - Experienced. Cyclists can read a map and change a flat. Skaters may hit the roads and carry tools to tighten loose wheels. This group rides/rolls at a very fast to racing pace.
B: 17 - 21 mph - Higher Advanced. Cyclists can read a map and change a flat. Skaters normally stick to the trails. Riders in this group can ride 20 miles non-stop.
C: 15 - 18 mph - Lower Advanced. Cyclists can read a map and change a flat. Skaters stick to the trials. Riders in this group should not get upset if dropped.
D: 12 - 15 mph - Beginner. Stick to the trails or low traffic roads. Leader makes sure no one gets dropped.
S: 10 - 15 mph - Social. Stick to the trails or low traffic roads. Leader makes sure no one gets dropped.
F: 8 - 15 mph - Family. Children welcome. Stick to the trails or very low traffic roads in quiet neighborhoods.
