Real Estate investing has very little to do with knowing how to do a shortsale or just giving your money to a developer who promises you a 30% return on your money in five years. Successful real estate investors are financially literate and have a macro view of the markets and the economy.

The struggling real estate investor only cares about how to do a shortsale and has no idea what is going on globally which could impact your investment strategy.

Since we all want success and wealth, I am sure that everyone will agree that the one's to emulate are the successful investors.

THIS GROUP IS NOT FOR EVERYONE. I know that some people will be put off or leave the group entirely because of how serious we are. I welcome that. The only people we want in this group are people who want to get together and learn and help each other increase their financial literacy. Not sell them some new loan product or some other wealth building plan.
