S-G Lounge - Saturday, April 25th 11:00am at Heroes & Dragons

Running from 11am to 8pm

Do you want to try some of those hot, new Story Games (S-Gs) you've been hearing about? Just want to have a fun day role-playing without long-term commitment? Want to meet other gamers in Colorado Springs? Well if your to any of these questions is yes, then the S-G Lounge is for you!

The way a Story Games Lounge works is that gamers show up and together we pick from a list of games that sound cool and then start to play. We can select games for the group by duration, genre, concept, or number of players - whatever works best. We can have two or three tables running in the lounge, overlapping or simultaneous depending on when people arrive and how long they want to play.

You don't need to bring anything other than your creativity (and you will need it). You don't need to know or read any of these games in advance, we've got you covered! There will be more details and discussion about which games folks would like to play in the message board thread for those who are interested.

So it's pretty casual, but these games are a lot of fun and you'll want to play more. Give yourself plenty of time to play and chat and have fun!

This is a FREE event.

Finally a S-G Lounge in the Springs! Something one usually has to travel to the far reaches of Denver to find during their convention seasons. Arpie and Scott did a very fine job of running a table of 'Primetime Adventures', and another table of 'Yes but PtA', and 'With Great Power...' and then several RP Poems. We had a great turn out and I hope everyone had a good time. Thanks to everyone who attended.

Oh goodness, did I run a long game! I'd only meant for it to go about 4 hours, but I didn't watch the time. I THINK people may have had fun anyway and we got to play a fantastic RPG Poem at the end called "Orcology" that people genuinely enjoyed.

Great opportunity to play these kinds of games on this side of town.
