Veg curious? Want to learn more about vegan eating and living? Need support? The Vegans of Colorado Springs and Beyond sponsors educational events, community outreach programs, potluck dinners and cooking workshops. The Society provides education, encouragement, and community support for anyone wishing to learn more about a healthy, environmentally friendly, and humane way of life. Formerly, Vegan Society of Colorado Springs, the Meetup has a new name and broader horizons. The new organizer, Bonita Felden, is committed to global connections in the vegan community, using Colorado Springs, CO as a central base.

We had such a Blast in the Sequoias this summer hosting vegan gatherings.
We can't wait to host and share another amazing experience with you **September 19th-22nd**
The Sequoias was the second national park in the United States after Yellowstone, and home to the largest trees on Earth, the giant sequoias, reaching heights of over 250 feet and live for more than 3,000 years!
We will be holding a very special gathering in the *Sequoias Friday September 19th - Monday September 22nd- Connect in Community and Nature
- Refresh and renew in sacred waterfalls and natural hot springs
- Learn to Make Vibrant Raw Food Dishes with Amazing Raw Chef
- Energize with Raw foods: 3 Light Breakfasts, 2 Light Lunches and 2 Dinners
- Easy to Moderate Hiking, walking among the tall trees and Creative art class
- Meditation, Qi-Gong and Daily Morning Movement Session
- Evening Dance, Music Jam, Singing
- Stargazing and sharing our gifts with each other
- Exploration of a Vegan Community in Sequoias!

You are welcome to bring food to cook if you like, although all raw
foods and meals will be provided
This is a co-ed adventure. However sleeping accomodations will be appropriately organized.
