Landscape of NYC CS Education Opportunities for Educators and Volunteers

Details
Hi everyone,
Hope you've all had a wonderful summer! Are you all ready for your students?
It's time for the meetups to start up again so please save the date for our inaugural event this fall! I have about 50 DonorsChoose.org cards left so first come first serve!
Earlier this year (https://www.meetup.com/CSNYC-Education-Meetup/events/220096473/), we gathered 20+ CS education programs from around NYC to talk to educators and volunteers about how to get involved. On Oct 21st, we are going to bring everyone back and more!
If you are a teacher / administrator, you will learn which programs are a good fit for your students and what is needed to apply. If you are a professional working in industry, you will learn about the myriad opportunities to become a technical or logistical volunteer, because we cannot do it alone!
Some groups that will be present are (but not limited to):
