Welcome to our first event for 2016!
During this event, we will be focusing on career paths in green and sustainability field in the region.

Private companies, as well as the public sector, are more and more integrating sustainability issues in their actions and objectives.

How is it possible to take part to these strategic changes? How to develop one's career in green field? How to begin a career in these fields, making the most of one's past experiences? How diverse is the sustainability field? What opportunities are out there for Sustainability champions?

Speaker: Simon Bangs.
Simon is the Managing Director for Allen & York MENA. He will be speaking about the career paths and opportunities in the wider sustainability field.

Simon is one of the most experienced recruiters operating within the sustainability sector with a history of successfully completed mandates across the globe. Simon joined Allen & York in 2005 and in 2010 relocated to Dubai to help expand Allen & York's operations from their UK origins to be the only specialist recruiters operating in the Middle East CleanTech, EHS, Sustainability & Energy markets. As a willing advocate of Allen & York's motto of "Recruitment for a Sustainable World" and has assisted a range of government entities, international PLC's and small start-ups in understanding how to attract and retain high calibre staff to help the transition to a low-carbon and more sustainable future.
