I know how to play and completely enjoy it but since coming to CT Backgammon I've been blown away by the different perceptions/strategies that many of the die-hard players have that I've never even heard of.
Pretty basic, I'd say. I've always played casually never competitively. But I've noticed that the beast can come out if in an intense game:)
I actually go online a little bit every day for therapeutic reasons. I have a mild form of TBI (traumatic brain injury) which has been sufficient enough to interfere with my thought process for many years: so I use backgammon as my way of trying to rewire my brain and developing new thought patterns.
Norwalk is best for me.

I am so glad that Ross started it. It's a pleasure to meet and play with other people who enjoy the game as much as I do. :)
