Last Sat was interesting, we ended up with 3: 3 way ties, but the final result after a long battle was:
3rd Place Oleg, 2nd Place Sharon and the Top Winner was Ross. Woo Hoo!
Tues night was really fun, we had a great crowd and some really interesting games. The tourney results were:
3rd Place Andy, 2nd Place Oleg
and the Undisputed, Undefeated Champ was:
CONGRATULATIONS RICHARD! Nice gaming!
Your studies are paying off and you've certainly earned your seat at the next Chou.
Elaine for winning 4 pts in a 3pt match... well played Elaine.
Jeannine for making the trek up from the Bronx... Now that's a committed Player.
WELL PLAYED EVERYONE!
Now for the news...
I will not be here for this Tue night in Milford b/c I'm going camping with my wife to listen to the crickets and have a beer in front of a fire... with a board and bones of course. So I will be away until after Father's Day. But I encourage you all to use the website and get together to play, practice, etc.. Remember that ANYONE can suggest a time and place on the website, and if a few people sign up, it automatically goes on the calendar. You can also contact any member(s) from the email link on their profile page. So please use this FREE forum, that's what it's here for.
That being said, I need help finding a place to play in Greenwich. We have people in that area that would like to play, so if anyone would like to help out with that please let me know and I will gladly come meet you to check it out, talk to the manager and of course play a few games. You know me, I'll travel for BG.
2nd ANNUAL CBC BEACH PARTY! Bigger and better. Food, Tourney and a FREE Clinic with one of our top Ranked players, Al Cantito. Al has been playing for many years and he really knows his stuff. I've learned a lot from him myself. He'll be talking about "Using the Cube" so you really don't want to miss this one. I will send the announcement just after this email so stay tuned.
That's it for now. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you and I'll see you in a week.
