Our first meetup is finally here! We've got a great line up of speakers ready and waiting to talk to you about their experiences and innovative work.

The Format

6.30pm - Doors Open

7pm - Introduction

7.10-8.30pm - Talks and Product Demos

The first talk comes from the brilliant Miles Green, CTO at Haygarth, who will be speaking about funding innovation. Miles was the VP of Leo Burnett, New York and built up their Creative Technology Division and Innovation Lab.

He'll be followed by 4 cutting edge product demos, really exciting tech for you to get hands on with-

Mbryonic are specialists in interactive digital media for apps, online, installations and virtual + augmented reality. They'll be bringing along their recent work with the Oculus VR.

Martin Hollywood, Creative Tech Lead at Razorfish, will discuss some of the popular misconceptions around desktop vs SLS printing, how 3D Printing applies to client campaigns, as well as Fashion, Selfies, and of course, #3dprintfails. Just don’t ask him to print a gun!

Alejandro Simon is the Head of Software at Kano (http://www.kano.me/). As their first employee he’s seen it all and will be sharing his insights into how to build a global tech company whose mission is to give young people a simple, fun way to make and play with technology, and take control of the world around them.

AnalogFolk are an innovative experiential agency that makes and markets valued interactive experiences. Their Creative Tech Director Des Holmes will be speaking about Hardware Hacking.

8.30pm onwards - Networking and drinks/pizza!
