Café Aquarius is hosting, after restaurant hours, an Astrology Center where anyone interested in Astrology and other metaphysical disciplines can come for our various events:
• Event Nights : We have astrologers of different flavors, such as Western, Vedic, Chinese, Psychological, and Spiritual.We also have Readers who use other metaphysical tools--Tarot, Hand Analysis, Handwriting Analysis, etc.
Intro Circuit
At the beginning of the evening we do our Intro Circuit, where for $5 per Reader, you can sit with each one for 5 minutes, to get a "taste" of what they do and how they do it. (If we have 5 Readers available, it's only $25 to see all of them.) You'll sit with one Reader, then after 5 minutes, move on to the next. We offer paper and pens so you can take notes about the different kinds of readings. You can get readings on different issues you're working with, or you can ask each of the Readers the same question, to find the common information they come up with. Both approaches are marvelous, and give you much insight into yourself. It's a wonderful way to be exposed to new and different models of how the world works, and how you work in it.
Full Readings
Once you've done the Intro Circuit, you can choose a Reader with whom to have a complete session. We have info sheets for each Reader, explaining their services and their prices. You can choose a reading that lasts from anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour. And if you haven't the time or money to do the full reading on this Event Night, you can either come back next month, or you can schedule to meet with the Reader in their private office. We don't insist that you have your reading at the CAAC; we just want you to find the information and guidance that will help you the most.
If you've participated in the Intro Circuit and already know that you'd like a reading, either the same night or the following month, you're welcome to come in just for the full reading. You can schedule an appointment with the Front Desk and/or the Readers themselves.
Readers
We have a core group of Readers, but often invite new and guest Readers to join us on our monthly Event Nights. You can see a list of all the current Readers on the Pages tab of this MeetUp site, or come to the CAAC to read their info sheets and meet them in person.
If you’re an astrologer/reader and would like the opportunity to meet potential clients, market your particular craft, and meet with other readers, then this event is for you, too! • Astrologer Community Nights: open to all astrologers, these meetings are to get together and discuss all kinds of astro things, such as how to run a successful business, how to help each other instead of competing, the ethics of certain situations astrologers often encounter, group chart meetings, study groups, etc.
• Astrology Classes: if you’re interested in Astrology and would like to learn more, you can take classes in Psychological Astrology. Even if you already practice another form of the craft, learning about the fusion of Archetypal Psychology and modern Astrology can help expand your awareness and your ability to interpret charts. Beginning and intermediate classes will be offered.
• Astrology Lectures: we’ll have talks on various astrological topics, so keep an eye out for our lecture nights. Open to anyone interested in Astrology.
The combination of Heavenly topics and Earthy delights in the form of the café's desserts is something not to be missed. So come feed your curiosity and sense of community, as well as your mouth and body. It's all good.
