Enough People: Stabilising Population - 18th June

Details
Join the Enough Waiting team for our final seminar of the academic year as we look at issues of population growth.
This informal seminar will discuss what population management means, its controversies, and the impacts of human populations on the environment. We'd urge attendees to read the chapter of the same name in Dan O'Neill's and Rob Dietz book 'Enough is Enough' (Chapter 6) http://www.amazon.co.uk/Enough-Is-Building-Sustainable-Resources/dp/0415820952 and also peruse the Population Matters website http://www.populationmatters.org/
There is no set agenda for the meeting, and since it is the last of this
academic year we will look back and ask you how you feel about what CASSE Yorkshire have done, or not done, and see how we can improve in the future. Doors open at 5.30pm for a 6pm start.
Kindest regards,
The CASSE Yorkshire team
