This is rated as a very difficult trail, but the views from the top are overwhelming and possibly the best in Yellowstone! The trail is situated in the northern end of the park, south of Mammoth, just past Golden Gate. This trip will involve hiking and scrambling.

All outdoor activities involve a certain degree of risk, so it is up to you to be prepared, self-reliant, responsible, cautious, and aware of surrounding hazards.
