After some start up confusion, we ended up having a very warm and pleasant day hiking in the Cat Hills. I even got to see the Cat Creek waterfall :)

I arrived at the Dalhousie parking lot 8:15am, 15 min before scheduled meet time, waited until 9:10 and the event organizer was still not there. Another member tried phoning and there was no answer. The day was to beautiful to waste so I decided to head to the mountians on my own.
There was an email sent 9:20 to say the organizer was ill and would not be coming.

Hey guys I really don't feel well today, and have a bit of temperature. I won't be joining you today. Sorry for this.

Hi. Anyone coming by C train from the south that doesn't want to go as far as Dalhousie? We are at Erlton Stampede station and would prefer not to head north first. We could give 2 people a ride from here and meet at the trailhead.
