Hello everybody

In this month’s newsletter we’ve got calls for involvement in arts projects around Cambs, news on the exciting projects our members are working on and an opportunity to network and eat hot dogs at the same time.

Come to the next meeting!

Join us at the Cambridge Arts Picturehouse from 7.00pm on Thursday 24th June for some informal networking with your fellow creatives.

Our speaker for the evening will be Massimo Gaetani, founder MaGa Coaching who will be presenting:

Grow your business with a coaching group - how business coaching works and how freelancers and small business owners can benefit.

New to CamCreative?

Since we started in autumn 2008 CamCreative has grown into a thriving community where creatives from Cambridge and beyond get together to share new ideas, offer support and form exciting new working relationships. We try to keep it informal – who needs another stuffy networking event? So come along, you never know who you might meet!

You can keep updated with the latest CamCreative news via the Meetup page or join us on Facebook

Newsy stuff

Desk space for creatives!

CamCreative success story!

Oliver Lamming from Magic Solver got in touch to say what happened after he met designer Steve O’Connor at last month’s meeting: ‘Steve agreed to do a little design work for us for an iPhone app. That app is now sat at #1 in several countries around the world (and climbing everywhere else) after just 3 days!’

Nice work!

More info: Download the World Cup Calendar app or hire Steve too.
And if you’ve got a CamCreative story of your own, why not tell us about it!

CamCreative members to publish graphic novel

Sue Keogh and Darren Hill are to publish The Entrepreneurs: Dividing Equity - the first in a series of informative graphic novels offering essential advice and inspiration to start-ups in a vivid new format.

To keep updated with the latest news on the project – like when it’s going to be printed and plans for an accompanying app, please go to The Entrepreneurs Facebook page and click LIKE.
