Type Providers from the Ground Up

During the main presentation we'll start with an empty directory and move through the steps of creating a type provider from the minimal compiling example through to function with compile time parameters.

Who knows, we might even get somewhere useful! More likely, we'll teach you enough to get your own hands dirty making something that works for you.
