Relaxed Face Meditation

In this meditation, we will do a mindfulness meditation while paying special attention to relaxing the muscles of the face.

Relaxing the muscles of the throat, jaw, tongue and lips is one of the most effective ways of quieting the inner voice and with it, negative self-talk.

The mindfulness meditation may be any silent meditation of your choice.
