Café Synthetique is the monthly meetup for the Cambridge synthetic biology community with informal talks, discussion and pub snacks.
This month we have two very different talks lined up exploring lessons from plant development for designing self-organising robot swarms and the translation of synthetic biology to generate natural products for therapeutic applications in a Cambridge spin-out company.
“Isomerase Therapeutics: Natural product engineering with Synthetic Biology “
Lewis Tanner (Isomerase Therapeutics Ltd)
"Morphogenesis in Self-Organizing Robot Swarms"
Veronica Grieneisen (John Innes Centre)
Followed by discussion and the usual pub snacks!
