SharePoint 2010 & Office 365

Browser based viewing and editing of office documents? This has been a much appreciated and needed requirement that industry has been asking for. We rely on various other online applications to address this requirement to some extent (google docs for example) but the fact is that they don’t address everything we need on an enterprise level.
