I will provide paste, sponges, some acrylic colors, and a few "combs" and what might be needed to get us started. All you need to bring is your own paper - full sheets preferred. If you have a specific color/project in mind and want to bring your own colors, please do so. Or, if you have any of those cheap acrylics you get for under a buck at the craft store and care to share, please bring those as well. I think a benefit of paste paper, besides the sheer beauty of it, is that you can do it on just about any paper imaginable - kraft paper, sketch paper, print paper, watercolor....you name it. Also, PLEASE, to help with drying things in time for departure, if anyone has a blow dryer that they can lend...please do so! I am trying to get the room beyond noon, and believe there will be no problem, so plan to stay on a bit if you can.
On a whole 'nother note, I have finally put together a call for entries for our March 1 show in Wellfleet, and I have also assembled a membership form and schedule for the next few months....all of it should be arriving to you this week via USPS.
As usual, we will have a "business meeting" beginning at 9:30, for those who can provide assistance in developing our fledgeling organization to becoming more effective, active and enjoyable for all, we will have a "business meeting" beginning at 9:30.
Onward!
