Cape Cod Raw Wellness & Raw Food Meetup presents
May I be FRANK
Saturday, November 17, 5:30PM
(Meets every 3rd Saturday of the month)
May I Be Frank documents the transformation of Frank Ferrante's life. Frank is 54 years old, obese, depressed and an addict. He stumbles into a local raw, organic and vegan restaurant in San Francisco, Cafe Gratitude. For the next 42 days, Frank will eat only raw food, practice gratitude, visit local holistic practitioners, and get a weekly colonic. Frank gets a new body, a clearer mind, and most importantly, a soaring spirit.
May I Be Frank documents the essence of the human condition and what it truly means to fall in love again! Who says that you can't change your life? There is a little bit of FRANK in each of us!

NOTE WELL: Every month a local Cape Cod business will be featured. This month's business is Welstar Organics, (Body Care, Aroma Therapy, Herbals), located in Orleans. Mahara Ashlie will give a brief description and will introduce us to "Blessings".
WELCOME: Are you interested in fun and simply, a healthier way of eating? Are you suffering from a condition that may be food or lifestyle related? (85% of chronic diseases are!) The purpose of the Cape Cod Raw (Fresh) Food Meetup is to inspire those who want to move into a healthier way of eating and introduce you to another option.
Wherever you are in this process, there are great ways to transition. Even if you are attempting this for the first time, you will gain valuable information and support on food choices, and on enjoying an abundant life that for many are our heart's desire. We gather for Dr. Tel-Oren's events, demos, lectures and other related events that encourages and supports us. ----Do some of us eat cooked food? Yes, of course we do. However, for optimal cellular health, we love eating raw, fresh, live food. We welcome the newbie, the curious and the transitional. Thank you!
