Meeting monthly (potentially weekly) on or near the National Mall to practice ChiRunning. Members need to be familiar with ChiRunning (as described in Danny Dreyer's book); an experienced instructor will assist in further learning the method through a short "lesson of the day" and focus for the run. ALL levels of fitness and experience welcome -- we will not run in a pack or form pace groups.
Hoping for great weather -- Let's meet at 420 7th Street NW (The Lansburgh) and, weather permitting, we'll move to the Mall or nearby. If you RSVP'd and don't plan to attend, please let me know.
