Azure August with James Skipwith (Beer Garden)

Azure is pushed by Microsoft, and every other Cloud provider is trying to convince us the cloud is the future, but is it? Whether an 'on-premises' DBA, a BI person, or a developer, knowing what the use cases are for Azure and when it is a good idea to utilise the cloud will allow you to discuss it with people in your business with a non-prejudiced and knowledgeable viewpoint!

We'll be discussing this over a pint with James Skipwith, a great guy with a huge amount of experience in all these areas and doing stuff in the cloud. There won't be any slides, it'll be a good natured and frank discussion about Azure, eased by a drink.
