What we’re about
The Carolina Heat is a post-collegiate women's lacrosse team in the Triangle area...based out of Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill/Cary, North Carolina. The Carolina Heat was officially established in 2006. Even though we are technically a post-collegiate team, we welcome & encourage college students and high school students to come out and play with us when they can....especially for our summer pick up session! We are a fun and easy going group of women, who love to play lacrosse. We are always looking for new team members, so if you are interested in becoming a member of the Carolina Heat, please join our Meetup. Also all members need to become a member of US Lacrosse & keep their membership current.
