Carrollton Boxing boot camp is a fast-pace workout designed for all levels of fitness. You will be taken through a boxer's typical daily regimen within a matter of minutes, including bag work, footwork drills and strengthening exercises that will work you from head to toe. If you want to build muscle without bulking up, increase stamina/endurance, or shed pounds, this is the group for you.
Session days and times can be suggested by members and group organizer. Sessions will be limited to 8 members and must have a minimum of 3 RSVP's or be subject to cancellation. See the schedule below for available start times. All sessions will last one hour and each participant will be charged $15.00 prior to start of class.
