A club for Cartoon Artists to socialise, network and increase their cartoon income.

It's a sort of animation club and cartoon club combined. We get together in London to make exciting projects and exhibitions happen, for fun, love and money.

Who is this group for?

We are looking for active members who turn up regularly and contribute. Create the buzz! Be a founder member of a fantastic group! Turn up once a month, comment on the events, suggest things, promote the group, wear the T-shirt... 

Cartoon artist means anyone doing something creative and cartoony. We have lots of illustrators, comics artists and animators, but you could be a composer who writes music for cartoons, a tattooist, painter or costume designer.

What is it for?

To open doors and create opportunity.

We're starting with our own exhibition in a tattoo parlour called "Cartoon Money" scheduled for December this year. We'll run networking events; check out trade shows or conferences together; use a flickr group to showcase our work; catch festivals; make links with cartoon related organisations...

This group will work if it offers you what you want and need, so post your ideas and offers meetup.com/CartoonHrt/ideas 

It will really fly if you contribute something too. Can you write a Press Release? Are you brilliant with a camera? Had any success with YouTube?

Currently Central London various locations but who knows, we could go international : )
