Welcome, Seattle Aviation Enthusiasts!

Cascade Flyers is an aviation enthusiasts group loosely organized with members who happen to be LGBT (i.e. gay). We have an active website/blog at www.cascadeflyers.org, please check out the site for much more information. The group's level of aviation activities depends on member's interested level of participation. Cascade Flyers has existed for nearly 10 years and started in Seattle, the original organizers are still members. The group has members throughout the NW with members concentrated in Portland and Vancouver B.C. too. We mostly communicate via a yahoo groups email listerve discussing aviation topics. Fly-ins and social gatherings occasionally organized but still the group has been an excellent networking forum. The Portland group meets for dinner every other month. Seattle group plans similar meet ups EVERY OTHER month with additional flying and aviation related events dependent on member interests.
