The purpose of the Cashflow Club & Study group is to provide mid-career professionals (ages 25-45) educational content as it relates to wealth-building through real estate investing and acquiring businesses.
I decided to start this group in the New Castle County area b/c I had an interest in upgrading my financial IQ, increasing my net-worth and creating wealth for myself, my family and my community. I figured since I had a strong passion for this type of new knowledge and opportunity, others do too.
You should join this group if you are tired of hearing about the doom & gloom of the economy, if you want your money to work hard for you instead of you working hard for it, or if you just want to learn more about real estate investing and business building in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
