Meet people who run already or want to run for the fun of it and to improve or maintain health and fitness.

This is the second level of 4 so that you will neither be left behind nor have to wait for slow coaches. Some of our runners have just compled the Race for Life at the end of May 2009 or are otherwise wanting to stay at this level.
Membership is £5 for 3 months which also includes your first session. Then every time you attend a MeetUp your membership is extended for 3 more months.

£5 pay-as-you go each MeetUp or £15 per month by Standing Order
Free to members of Celebrate Health & Fitness (minimum subscription of £25 per month)

"Green Run" (Absolute Beginners) - See the Green Run Group

THIS GROUP "Blue Run" - jog & run. Certificate for 5km achievement and graduate to Red Run if you wish.

"Red Run" - Aspire to 10 km - See the Red Run Group

"Black Run" - run (intervals, fartlek and steady pace) training for 1/2 marathon and marathon

These events are organised by Celebrate Health & Fitness Ltd based in Milton Keynes. Anyone wishing to run will be required to meet a basic health requirement and fill in a health questionairre.

Currently meeting at the Peace Pagoda Car Park each week on Saturdays at 10 am (Blue Run).
