Hey Everyone!

Thanks for coming out to the last meetup, it was a lot of fun and it was great to see you all there! This is the fastest turnaround we've had for subsequent meetups but I'm really excited to announce Shawn Milochik as a guest speaker! While the focus will be covering what's new in Go 1.6, we'll also have a networking time after the talk where you can get to know others and just hang out!

Join other Central Jersey gophers in celebrating the upcoming release of Go 1.6. The actual release date is yet to be announced, but the global Go community is organizing release parties on February 17th to celebrate and educate.

Guest speaker Shawn Milochik will be presenting a slide deck provided by the Go community detailing all the exciting news about Go 1.6, as well as taking questions and possibly some A/B demoes comparing Go 1.5 and 1.6.
