CLHG HumanAction Charity Big Fun Run

We thought it would be fun for some of us to participate in the Big Fun Run and raise some money for charity.

You can choose from a list of various charities http://www.bigfunrun.com/?fundraising

We don’t have to choose the same one.

We can all meet at the same time and run the 5 miles together. Some of you may wish to walk the distance instead.

It’s £9.99 to register beforehand http://www.bigfunrun.com/?enter

You may want to register is small groups using Humanist in your group title, it is also a little cheaper to register as a group.

Sanch will be running in and co-ordinating this event so for further information please ring or e-mail him.

Supporters are most welcome if you wish to not take part.

We can all go to a local pub for lunch and a drink afterwards to recover.

Please note there is no parking or vehicle access within Victoria Park.

There is limited parking available along Cadogan Terrace and surrounding roads. Otherwise you may have to walk 10-15 minutes to the starting area so plan your journey accordingly.

Pedestrian access is available via all entrances.

Runners are encouraged to consider public transport or car sharing. Underground and overground stations are within walking distance.

Baggage:
Runners will be able to store baggage in a gazebo next to the start area, however there is no changing facility available.
