What: Minis on the Dock of the Bay.....and more

When: August 30,[masked]:00 AM

Where:
Friendship Park
Dorsey Rd
Glen Burnie, MD 21061

You want Planes? You've got it!
How about Boats? Sure why not!
Is there Food? Heck Yeah!
What about Minis? But of Course.
And Trains? Well, maybe no...not yet at least.

Are you ready for an adventurous Sunday excursion?

First, we'll start off by meeting at 9:00am at BWI's Friendship Park off of Dorsey Road (MD-176) to do a little Plane watching. Bring your cameras and camcorders.
Here's a link to get to the park:

From there, we'll start our run around 9:30am by heading to downtown Annapolis and park down by the docks to enjoy the beautiful harbor, take in the sights, and take lots of pictures of the minis and boats of Ego Alley. Did I mention to bring cameras?
Depending on how many of us there are and the fact that we'll be down there on a Sunday morning, there should be plenty of parking. (NOTE: There is metered parking down by the docks and I do know that their machines also take credit cards.)

Annapolis, MD 21401

Finally, to round out the day, at around 11:30am, we'll depart the docks and take a short drive to Quiet Waters Park for a picnic. Bring your own food and drink (no alcohol), chairs, blankets, etc. It is not necessary, but feel free to bring something to share if you would like. Suggest you keep it simple and non-perishable. I believe they also have concession stands as well. Oh yeah, don't forget your cameras.

Quiet Waters Park has a lot to offer, so please visit their site for details, information, and rules. Dogs are allowed.
